No exciting plans for Valentine’s Day? Me either! Whether you’re planning on Netflix and an evening in with the girls, or a romantic evening out with your significant other, 20 minutes of yoga with your ‘someone special’ may be the best thing that happens to your day/night. My husband Tyler and I created this fun, light-hearted partner yoga sequence that may be the best thing you watch on the Internet all day. As you and your partner follow along, I encourage you to have a joyful, fun spirit and to be openhearted. Be grateful for the time you get to spend with your partner as well as caring for yourself emotionally and physically.
I asked Tyler (a man of many words) to share a few of his thoughts on yoga with us.
When did you first do yoga?
P90x Yoga in 2010, I liked that it worked all of my balance muscles.
What is your favorite thing about yoga?
Savasana

If I had to pick just one, I’d say Embryo Pose. As a sequence, Down Dog, jumping into Crane, and rolling into a Handstand
